Gluten Free In Mountlake Terrace, WA

I was poking around on the internet the other day and ran across Manna Mills Natural Market which has one of the biggest selections of gluten free and allergy friendly foods I've seen. They had a huge selection of gluten free dried goods and a couple freezers of frozen gluten free items. So I picked up a box of yellow cake mix, some breadcrumbs, and shoestring potatoes.
Something funny also happened to me while I was there...I didn't buy a whole bag of treats. Which, when I visit a new store, has been my normal behavior.
My working theory on this is that with all the cooking I've been doing over the past year, I've started to become less interested in purchasing processed food.

From time to time I try to have a full gluten free week but I find it hard to follow especially for breakfast meals. Do you have any easy breakfast dish suggestions?
Since my week days don't allow for much of a sit down breakfast, I alternate between two main meals;
- nut milk based smoothies with breakfast sausage
- yogurt with rice flakes and chia seeds or gluten free granola and fruit
When I have a bit more time on my hands I like gluten free pancakes, birds nests, hash browns, hard boiled eggs, dutch babies, and gluten free steel cut oatmeal (with fruit on the side of pretty much all of these!).
Recipes for some of these can be found on my recipes tab under "breakfast".
I hope this gives you a couple ideas!
